The Passion Project Collective was born from a frustration, and a hope.
We spent years inside the world of agencies, consultancies, and startup studios. We watched brilliant founders, the ones with the biggest hearts and the boldest ideas, get priced out of the help they deserved. Meanwhile, companies with tenfold the resources bought polish they didn't need.
The traditional model felt broken. Businesses were treated as clients, deliverables, and invoices. We wanted to treat them as partners, missions, and people.
So we started something new. Instead of selling marketing, we invest it. We look for the businesses we truly believe in and we design a partnership around what makes sense, a barter, a share of revenue, a small piece of ownership. We win when they win.
